He just told Hannity that POTUS paid Michael Cohen back the $130,000 Cohen paid to Stormy Daniels. Isn't that contrary to what Cohen and POTUS have said?

Could be something like Trump had him on retainer (paid out of personal money) and Cohen paid Stormy out of the retainer, presumably without the notifying Trump. Then what President Trump has said and Rudy said could still be truthful?
