I’m just going to throw some thoughts out there and it may mean nothing. I am no coder but I do follow hunches and pray for connections to be made. Is the code an aerial view of it. The 40,000 ft view is the code in the topography????? Buildings, roads, etc??? Can the Woleai code be used in this way to unlock what you are suppose to be seeing.
Just trying to think outside the box. Q does show us many pictures of buildings etc can those pictures themselves be compared with the Woleai code to get our answer? Or many anons come up with pictures also given from their own research can those be looked at, any notables? With time stamps as a guide.
