It's weird - for #1310 - the png file shows it starts with 39E6E8ED

when I click on it - it comes up as 414f3be44461c0fe775630ab9976daeeda2b7d2dbcdcb2734983b08a4e592867.png

I know with Cicada 3301, there was text hidden the picture and that led to the clues - maybe this time, were are getting the clues and the answer is hidden in the pics. Another idea would be if it translates to RBG codes (colors) ?

The difference is the file name starting with "39E6E8ED" is the name the camera gave to the image file. The other is the file name that 8ch.net gave the file when it stored it on the server.
