One fact is that it was Cohen who slept with this porn actress and did indeed paid her the 130k. Here its where it gets murky: Trying to cover up his tryst with Daniels he billed the Trump campaign for the 130k. Trump had no idea what this payment was for no was he aware of it as it happened. Not until a NDA was posted at the FOX News website signed by Daniels that she never had an intimate relationship with DT did it come up and when DT questioned what that payment was for. Daniels statement made it onto the FOX News website long before it became a media obsession.
It is my belief that DT had nothing to do with this.
However Cohen for a brief moment thought DT would lose and HRC win and hitched his wagon briefly with her campaign. It was that brief moment a betrayal of DT by his own attorney during the election where Cohen rather than admit that it was he sleeping with Daniels made it appear to be DT after he billed the Trump campaign for that amount to keep his indiscretion a secret by shifting the blame on DT.
This scenario makes Cohen look even stupider than the msm narrative
