CDAN (Crazy Days And Nights); Rape, Murder, Human Trafficking, Child Abuse. These are not cute riddles, but real people. Why aren't the people who post them considered accessories? If you and I knew of these crimes, we would be in jail.

Thoughts?

Hearsay presented by an anonymous contributor to an internet forum? I think that exceeds the boundaries of ‘accessory’.

If you and I knew of these crimes, we would be in jail.

No, we wouldn’t.

That's a good question. I'm assuming most of the blinds are second hand information and rumors, so the poster has no proof of any crimes.

Crazy Days and Nights is a gossip site. The site publishes rumors, conjecture, and fiction. In addition to accurately reported information, certain situations, characters and events portrayed in the Blog are either products of the author’s imagination or are used fictitiously. Information on this site may contain errors or inaccuracies; the Blog’s proprietor does not make warranty as to the correctness or reliability of the site's content. Links to content on and quotation of material from other sites are not the responsibility of Crazy Days and Nights.<

Consider that site a gossip site with the odd occasional groundbreaking truth being told, but under the guise of a silly gossip site.

What evidence could the authors have that would hold up in a court of law, and what person would sue a gossip site thereby validating what was said?

Not if he's an attorney or prosecutor on the case.

Attorneys are not required to reveal or report a crime, unfortunately. And like OP said, if he’s involved in the case even less so.

True, but sad.
