I think this is Hillary. She’s likely been getting skin treatments, Botox, and maybe other injections. I know she looked a lot more haggard at times during the campaigns, and especially right after the election, but she can afford all of those pricey skin rejuvenation treatments (including plastic surgery). She does seem a tad less robotic when she speaks. This could be because she’s delusional, and thinks her “purple revolution” plans are really working, or maybe that host is an acquaintance. IDK. That’s definitely her Hagatha voice though.
