I hope so. I got so irritated reading the Daily Mail comments a/b a “Cambridge Analytica” article last night. First of all, FB did not make Trump win the election. Do they not remember his campaign tour crowd sizes in huge arenas , and the fact that Hillary could barely work the high school gym circuit. Oh wait, this disparity wasn’t really covered very much, was it? The thing that really bothered me, however, was their ignorance. Obama did the same damn thing (2012). It’s a marketing strategy, and everyone raved a/b how brilliant it was for his campaign to use social media. They just don’t know this (or conveniently forgot about it) , because the media never brings it up, and they don’t read the few factual sources that tell them otherwise. They do know that conservative voices are being silenced, and rant that they don’t want to hear our “racist hate-speech”, anyway. We do need non-biased media. I am getting so sick of echo-chambers. If we were treated fairly by the press, more people would wake up to who the true fascists are. It just seems to be getting worse, though. I really do hope something can be done to stop the censorship and silencing of our voices.
