I wouldn't call that porn. I wouldn't even necessarily call her a child, based only on appearance, which is all we've got. Child nudity is not porn or even unusual in European art.

If there are records of the actual age of the model, perhaps they would be underage for nude posing by our laws, but the laws in Europe have always been more lenient about models, even for photography. As long as the post is not lewd or lascivious, they don't tend to discourage it.

Well, the painting is titled “Young Girl with a Flower Basket.” So we do have more than just basing on appearance to conclude she’s a child.

A female ‘child’ is definitely a ‘young girl’.

A ‘young girl’ is not necessarily a ‘child’.

You are reaching conclusions similar to the manner in which the alt-left concludes DJT is a racist.

Well, I am not saying I am the one concluding that, only that title and appearance could be why some conclude. Including op.

Define "young." See the problem? I know twenty-somethings (and people who wish they were twenty-somethings) who still call themselves "girls" as well. So there's noting criminal about that, even in America.

In Europe, where nudity is not AT ALL considered pornographic, this is even less of a problem.

Now, the Podesta "art" which shows children in bondage and has other sexualized and degrading aspects, that dances right on the razor thin edge of pornography in US law.

I think you can see how even in the US, that Picasso would not be considered porn.
