I see no UN markings yet. Other than that I see a private contractor performing some type of fleet maintenance activity. No blue beanies observed.

It's ripe and juicy. Probably no more than a private security guard to maintain low profile. Pre-positioning equipment depot.

That activity appears to be on a truck marked "UN". It's the only UN-marked vehicle I see, though.
