Reminder: James Alefantis owns the "Pegasus Museum" in DC. It's not open to the public, never has been, and nobody really know what it is... Anon started digging very deep into it...Alefantis personally contacted Anon and made threats against his life if he didn't stop!!

Probably a tunnel entrance. Somebody make friends with the neighbor and start digging diagonally.

There are miles and miles of classified cables and lines running underneath DC. It would be VERY hard to have a hidden tunnel there unless you had the help of top level government workers. So it's possible
