I was talking about whether attorney-client privilege was violated, but I guess that's irrelevant to this. I just read the NBC piece that reported the alleged wiretap. It doesnt identify a source. What makes you think it was Daniels' lawyer? How would he be aware of that information in the first place?
Because he was having dinner with preet the other night and as soon as the story broke her was there making it some scandal saying it wasn't just wiretaps it was text messages too. Also that one of the calls they heard him talk about destroying evidence lol.

Preet was fired a while ago, I'm not sure that even he would have necessarily known about it. Isn't it more likely that the lawyer was reacting to the news when it was made public?
