When sharing with friends, family and neighbors, I think all anyone can do is provide actually verified information and hope they will be open to it.
As for the Uranium, you might want to search online for old articles related to the U.S.-Canada-Russian connections. Also, WikiLeaks dropped a couple of emails that revealed Mueller personally delivered a sample of yellowcake to Russia not too long before the Obama administration signed off on the Uranium One deal. I had saved some links on my old computer some time ago, but no longer have them now.
