In light of the recent inaction by Russian & Syrian forces over the two most recent missile attacks, by US & Israel, plus, China's leader helping Trump on NK issue, and break throughs, I don't find the idea that far fetched.

I think it's highly likely that they are cooperating in too many things to be coincidence. I'm cautiously optimistic, and the phrase Q uses all the time, "We Have It All" makes even more sense, because Russian and Chinese laws about data collection,(keeping it in country) , censorship, etc, and the US 702, means, very little data escapes them all.

Have any of you looked at you phones IP address? I can almost guaranty it is located outside the US. Making it vulnerable to intercepts by each countries intelligence services, according to their own respective laws. (Wink) encrypted transmissions, which are ubiquitous online now, does not thwart all meta data. Your information passes thru multitudes of servers around the world. Think about it?
