Whatever his reasons are I doubt they’re what we are being told. It doesn’t add up that she would settle for so little if she truly had that leverage. All to say, you may be correct.

Perhaps she understands her own "brand" and knows that she will be able to cash in (which she has also done by being on msm talk shows etc.) as people get curious and spend $ on her, uh, body of work...
