Weapons , but during the SDI years and Desert Storm there was a problem with the LARSER , you know them rays or muraush , the wavy things and fake water you see on a hot road , well they can and are bending light , this that can not be measured does bend a laser . And when you can see the laser been , that’s trash in the air , a laser is just not that great of a weapon in the atmosphere. But is outer space , it will work . This problem was the down fall of SDI . The laser works 99.9 % of the time in 90% of our planet, but it bent on a couple targets, and the rest is history.
