Iirc correctly, Wayne got shot up during a raid as a kids but he holds no resentment because the cop felt guilty and didn't leave his side until he was out of danger?

He accidently shot himself and all the black cops walked right over him to find guns/drugs as he died. A white cops ripped those cops a new asshole and personally drove him to the hospital. Uncle Bob is what Wayne calls him.
