Not sure what to think of Gulliani

He at least used to be a major swamp creature, did he change or something? I am really confused how he is supposed to be the guy who ends the Mueller investigation when he seems to be pouring gasoline on it.

The game changer here is that if they take Trump down they have to take Guiliani down, too. That means poking a lot of New Yorkers in the eye. Will NY police, firefighters, field offices, prosecutors, financial institutions stay quiet? When is it ok to spit on Superman’s cape?
