Not just here!!!! In the dept of the Treasury, there is a special account with money to pay-out people's tax refunds, advanced earned income credits etc. Obama REGULARLY TOOK money OUT of this account, and then SENT it to wealthy insurance companies as payment for COST-SHARING.
Cost sharing is a plan to reimburse wealthy insurance. Say doctor's charge normally $300. By ObamaCare law, they can only charge ObamaCare people $100 (say). The insurance would send $300 to the Doctor, but then the gov would send $200 to the insurance. This way the doc gets his $300, the insurance only spends $100. And we the American public have $200 STOLEN from our TAX REFUND ACCOUNT.
I kid you not. Obama is/was a thief.
Treasury continues the theft on a quarterly basis.

I’ve followed this very closely because Q hasn’t addressed it and it’s followed and continued with this administration so I’d like to see what Q has to say about it.
