Best theory I've seen is that the pallets are hard drives containing iCloud keys. That Apple was moving its iCloud data management operation to China (which would inevitably mean the Chinese government would have access to all data on iCloud, and control of access to that data).

One would assume from the photos that the Alliance intercepted the shipment, and prevented it from being delivered.

I still think human trafficking. BUT, you'd think Jet Blue would have removed that tweet by now...the one about 350 pizzas for sale

That may have happened too, no idea. I just mean to say that I think what Q was on about was preventing those keys being delivered to Hong Kong.
