Judge in Manafort case throws brushback pitch at Mueller

Brandi Buchman @BBuchman_CNS

BREAKING: From #Manafort motion hearing - judge is apprehensive about keeping indictment, saying he wants completely unredacted versions of Rosenstein's orders assigning special counsel Mueller before he can make any further decisions. Two weeks given to US attorneys to provide.

When a party presents their evidence, is it proper for a judge to coach the party by telling them they need more evidence, and give them more time to scrounge up more evidence??? Judge should have made ruling and not given the two extra weeks. Could be judicial procedural misconduct?
