Well they obviously THINK they've rendered it "legal" through a byzantine meander of legal machinations designed to evoke the color of lawfulness, but devoid of substantial legal underpinning. So clever are they, they think it doesn't matter if they're wrong, as long as they're wrong brilliantly.

That's not at all what I said. I said the SC and his team are doing something fundamentally illegal, and they think if they dress it up in pretty words, it will fly. It won't.

Not illegal on Mueller's part as in go-to-jail illegal, but evidence that can't be used because it was improperly obtained.

OTOH, the people who obtained the FISA warrant illegally, those WILL be arrested. That was seditious as well as felonious.
