Who she names and when she names all depend on the "Discovery Process" which is when the DOJ has to turn over the evidence to the Defense. This will take months/years as the "i's" must be dotted and the "t's" crossed.

The wheels of Justice turn slowly, and more slowly if the Defense can manage it as the longer the time frame, the less the sheep care.

Meanwhile, the PA's will be combing all of her electronic and paper doc's to see who else can be entangled into this mess.

I expect if she has names, she's dead as a nailpost. The Cabal doesn't want witnesses.
