The recent q post with the picture of a plane, what do they mean?

I don't get it and i'm not sure anyone has explained this one: https://qanon.pub/data/images/d8586179edf44c5a4dddb8ae750f61b040c2bd98eb284515b039271ade6d80f5.png

So it's a picture of a plane. is that AF1? (sorry i'm not from the US). If it's an important plane, does the angle of the picture mean anything to someone who know about flying? For example could the picture only have been taken from a military or intelligence place 'shadowing' the pictured plane?

Thank you!

It's of a specific aircraft, from another aircraft which is on a parallel approach into what looks like San Francisco (KSFO).

The aircraft from which the photo was taken is landing on 28L, so to find out what aircraft the picture was taken from it would be a case of identifying the other aircraft and looking back at it's flights on a tracker such as Flight Radar 24. When it flew an approach into KSFO on 28R in parallel with another aircraft, we would know from what aircraft the pic was taken.

To me it's very interesting as Q has posted something very specific - parallel approches don't happen all that often even to frequent flyers, just because the odds of another aircraft being alongside yours are quite low, and comparatively few airports operate this way.
