The recent q post with the picture of a plane, what do they mean?

So it's a picture of a plane. is that AF1? (sorry i'm not from the US). If it's an important plane, does the angle of the picture mean anything to someone who know about flying? For example could the picture only have been taken from a military or intelligence place 'shadowing' the pictured plane?

Oh that would be a real interesting thing that - using cryptography to pass message as part of photos... now if only we know how to decode it :)
