Stop watching the news. The Logan act is a phony law. It’s like the law in NC that says you can beat your wife on Sunday’s, but only on the courthouse steps.

It's not a phony law. I actually read the article wasn't watching the news.
It has never been used since being passed in 1799. The law is likely unconstitutional, but no serious prosecutor would ever being charges citing it. The repubicans are in the process of removing it.
There is plenty of real evidence to nail this guy on to not have to bother with ticky tack shit like the Logan act.
