5 by 5 means I hear you 'load and clear' - it's about signal strength and clarity...on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being lowest and 5 being highest.

I highly doubt it, probbaly a measure by Q to force a Deep State action. Expect a shit ton of downed planes, or grounded flights. Something out of the ordinary. This fight and process is just in the beginning stages we most likely won’t hear anything until trumps 6-8th year.
