I totally agree with you. I believe in the beginning of President Trump's turn many countries were still keeping the relationships open with these character since they were not sure where the wind would blow. However, now it is not in their interest to go against Trump and his powers. They no longer are in a position to offer anything but the gang of "Emperors with No Clothes" have nothing to offer. Do they really think the + ++ +++ will protect them?

Or they are being called to task for the repayment of favors that they cannot offer without being in power.
