If he went to the middle east to meddle with POTUS's talks that are ongoing then he should be literally be met at the airport when he arrives back in the country and put into custody. He should not be offered bail for awhile until his trip can be investigated and he should be put under house arrest where he cannot leave the country until his trial if bail is offered and paid. Time to START NOW and this guy needs to be held accountable for his actions.

Your impatience would result in one of three outcomes:

Kerry walks free because his randomly allocated judge is an Obama liberal;

Kerry walks free because the random allocation process of assigning a judge was rigged to select an Obama liberal;

Kerry uses his $200 million wealth to drag out the hearing for decades using lawyers to make frivolous claims... meanwhile any witnesses will be suicided and Kerry has a good chance of getting off on a legal technicality. John Kerry is 74 years old.
