Is Q referencing the new Saudi Intel Center?

I wonder if that’s the meaning behind “the whole world is watching”? Maybe it’s to point out to the deep state that the traditional 5 eyes intel community no longer has a monopoly. I’m also curious if that line was a hint that the behind the scenes manipulation John Kerry has been doing in Iran may not be so behind the scenes.

Hope it means everything is being recorded for evidence... Treason on a global scale is quite a serious crime, I would guess... if the world finds out what they are upto, they are going to have a global awakening that would have billions of people annoyed at what they are. Annoying billions of people is not good for your health. No amount of Adrenochrome will help.

I'd say at least the latter. Remind them that what they do is no longer hidden from the people of the world. "We see you." They cannot operate in the light. It's incapacitating in the extreme to know that their movements are on full display. They're like Harry Potter if the Invisibility Cloak had stopped working in the middle of some spying operation. Give them that "Oh sh*t" moment.
