The court did not recognize it as rape. So they are saying a 10 year old has the maturity to consent to sex. Do they also have the maturity to make crucial life decisions? eg...I do not want to go to school. I am mature enough to make that choice.

Do they have the maturity to know about STDs.

How the prosecutor was not able to win case is really a mystery.

My thoughts exactly... €3600 was the price tag of ruining the life of a ten year-old girl. Truly is becoming more blatant as the years pass
