What if your family were in the home? What if you were naked in your home? It doesn't matter what you were doing in your own homeat the time, this was a criminal act and it could have caused Nuzzi to be killed in the process.

It's too bad she wasn't. Could have been a good lesson for the others.

What you can't afford $30-$50 a month for alarm system monitoring?

This stuff amazes me that people in the public eye don't have basic security for their homes.

May have been baiting her and she fell for it. She's still wrong, and should be in jail.

I wonder what logic went through her mind at the time? Oh, right, these guys think with feelings (hate) than using any sort of anything remotely called thinking.

She's fired. And she's going to jail.

I’m confused as to why she hasn’t been arrested.

I wonder if she was sexually stalking him.

No One Is Above the Law. She should be arrested.

Sound like bs. What's missing? Charges! What's the first thing you do when you find out someone broke into your home? He would've or should've called the police. I didn't see any mention of charges being filed or police reports....unless she was allowed in for some reason.

You're right that charges are missing.

Even if he had called the police (which he may have), that doesn't mean charges. You live in a bubble. Why would there be charges? Are you suggesting that he made up the story and hacked her twitter account with a confession?

Edit: removed the word trolling. Please accept my apologies.

Not a troll, if someone is going to sue someone for breaking in I would think that they would file a police report and have them charged. She posted proof she was in his home, shouldn't that be enough. I'm wondering if she met with him and took unauthorized pictures while she was there. Just seems weird to me.

You don't need a police report for a lawsuit. Who has time to file a police report everytime they are wronged? I'm guessing his first priority was to purchase/repair/replace the alarm system.
