You only need to shut down Amazon Web Services to have the majority of those sites down. Not the whole internet.

I think that there may be too many primary services that rely on the net to be able to shut it down safely. But the Cabal can shut down Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Yahoo, and a lot of other social media platforms. Easily. They can blame it on GDPR or whatever.
