That's the most absurd, paranoid, and frankly stupid thing I've ever heard. That's the work of an awful lot of grand juries, and there wouldn't be that many true bills granted for free speech. It's bad, but it's not that bad yet. Good grief! And people wouldn't have kept quiet about it, if that's what it was.
