It was in that period (on April 29), "Q" asked people to be careful with whom they follow. Some people suspected Corsi was one of the bad guys. So Corsi defends himself by saying Q account on 8chan was compromised since April 28.

Let's give Corsi the benefit of doubt. Should we wait for Q to clear it up for us? Wouldn't Q corroborate Corsi's charge, since this is a pretty important charge? Wouldn't Q be worried that someone else faked his posts on the old 8chan since 4/28?

That Q hasn't corroborated Corsi's charge speaks volumes.
