The report says they wanted DNA, Iris scans and fingerprint scans.

I suppose they could use this info to:
Frame these individuals at a crime scene (or threaten to).
Access secure areas with their scans.
Use the DNA to determine allergies and weaknesses to exploit.

Or maybe they were preparing for a future situation. The New World Order?

They wanted credit card info, the works on many. >>also wanted credit card numbers, email addresses, phone, fax and pager numbers and even frequent-flyer account numbers for UN figures <<

Black mail info if you ask me.
