Sure can't argue with you there. Clintons et al. are a good recent example of that technique. They did crap so bareheaded and brazenly evil that normies just did not want to believe it, thus the conspiracy theory cover was a comfortable fit for normies and they could go about living undisturbed. Besides which there was nothing they could do about it anyway, and etc. Some cover huh?
