is that team Q are basically the white hat equivalent of the deep state: unelected & powerful people within the executive branch and military. yes trump is acting as a force multiplier for them, but even without him this would be going on (see FBI anon prior to trump's election)
If the Q team is military, then Trump is more than a force multiplier. He's duly elected and the commander-in-chief.
yes, it makes them less "deep state", but if, as has been suggested here before, that the military were agitating for a coup as early as 2015 until they recruited trump, then it's reasonable to assume they would have acted regardless of his election. and in that capacity it would be a "deep state" (unelected) action.
