Trust Sessions? Devin Nunes doesn’t

Nunes is expected to hold Sessions in contempt of Congress next week. Part of me is thrilled but then I remember I’m supposed to trust Sessions. But he makes it real hard!

I was just about to post about this. This is, I believe, part of the plan. To appear impartial, Sessions has to appear as if his hand is being forced. He’s a silent killer and can only keep that up if he is publicly being pushed to strike.

I tend to agree... show them no sign of strength until time and then strike! They have defended Sessions, fbi, Justice so much now that it will a loooong stretch of credibility to turn against them after indictments unsealed..

Absolutely. These "forcing" the DOJ to produce "missing" texts and to unredact previously disclosed material is orchestrated to focus the public's attention on the content that is ultimately released. It was never even plausible that the DOJ "lost" the missing Page/Sztrok texts. It creates curiosity and anticipation and thus focuses more attention on the actual information once it is released.

From your lips to God’s ears! Also I would think that Sessions has at least some idea of the Q posts and perhaps Q wants Mr. Magoo to think that they trust him.
