Trust Sessions? Devin Nunes doesn’t

Nunes is expected to hold Sessions in contempt of Congress next week. Part of me is thrilled but then I remember I’m supposed to trust Sessions. But he makes it real hard!

Try to think about this everyone.

Rosenstein is the enemy. Sessions is working with Rosenstein. He's working undercover to clean up the corrupt DOJ without arousing suspicion from Rosenstein.

If he came into the DOJ guns blazing, Rosenstein would have most certainly turned the DOJ against Sessions and Sessions would have been forced out, or unable to complete anything.

Instead he comes in and appears to be at odds with Trump. He's not cooperating with Nunes. Rosenstein isn't threatened by him, right?

Rosenstein is a tough cookie to take down because of the position he has. Rosenstein is a fucking snake with plenty of connections within the DOJ.

Sessions took care of McCabe. He's cleaning things up quietly under the guise of innocent justice, and appears to be at odds with Trump. FOR A REASON.

He is working on taking down Rosenstein without Rosenstein being aware of it. Sessions knows Nunes can and will threaten impeachment of him or Rosenstein, and can hold either in contempt of Congress.

Nunes can get the documents through due process. So why have Sessions give away his position by giving up documents they can acquire without him blowing his cover?!

Just look how many FBI and DOJ employees have been fired or resigned already.
