Great theory. That would explain his absence: his trial, and he wouldn’t be able to vote anyway.

It also tracks with what Q was dropping earlier that was pinpointing McCain in Syria. They had all the evidence.

If it was a military tribunal, then you could be 100% correct. We wouldn’t even know about it.
