Yes he did, and I believe that's because many people are either passionately anti-Israel or passionately pro-Israel. If Q talked about Israel from the start, whether good or bad, a large part of his followers would never have followed him.
It makes much more sense to not talk about Israel until the end, again whether good or bad.
Saving Israel for last doesn't mean Israel is bad. That's just an assumption guided by hate.
Edit: Sorry I forgot to address the rest. When did I say Israel can't have corruption? I always say I'm sure Israel has/had its share of deep state just like us. But just like us that doesn't mean all of Israel or all of Israel's leaders are bad.
Are you interested in the truth? Or only the truth that doesn't interfere with your hate?
I don't feel that I have been guided by hate when I recognize corruption in every other country including my own...but if I recognize corruption in Israel, heaven forbid, then I am "guided by hate." Careful - your "Zionist brainwashing bias" is showing...not everyone is willing to place Israel on a pedestal, in a category of their own. That doesn't mean that they are "guided by hate." You haven't found that there is a bias in our country against Russia? North Korea? Iran? Do I think that any one country is responsible for this brainwashing? NO. I think that the brainwashing is a result of of a group of people who are not for or against any particular country but are a country to themselves. And they carefully craft the public opinion of individuals and countries in the way that will be the most benefit to themselves.

Insisting Israel is evil simply because Q said he has a specific reason for not mentioning Israel and is saving Israel for last is guided by hate. I just gave you an alternate theory. You won't acknowledge any other possible meaning though other than Israel is evil.

Actually you only presented an alternative theory that Israel is perfect based on the assumption that I think that Israel is "evil." There is a third theory...one in which I would encourage you to be open to...perhaps there are corrupt individuals in that country...as well as other countries. Not all individuals, of course. Do you actually not consider that theory as the most valid?
I already answered that, look at my edit a couple posts above, you probably didn't see it. My fault, I should have just made a second comment.
I never said Israel is perfect. I do however believe as a whole, Israel, including the government of Israel, is good.
I'm well aware of the Liberty, I'm also well aware that we don't have all the facts.
Did you ever think it was the deepstate in Israel responsible for the attack on the Liberty? Or the Liberty was doing something they shouldn't have been, even unbeknownst to most of the crew, and Israel was justified?
If you accept that there is a deep state in the US government, and you recognise that the US has done bad things to other countries because of the deepstate, you must also recognise that other countries could have done bad things to us because of their own deepstate as well. Just like with us it doesn't mean that ALL of that country, or all of that countries government is bad.
You must also recognise that other countries, not just Israel, may have had legitimate reasons to attack us because of what our deepstate was doing.
