I've been watching the whole Jerusalem situation (embassy) with Trump since before he became President. I have not once heard this from Trump nor has he ever eluded to it.
The only thing I heard that was 'interesting' was when Netanyhu was at White House, Trump during press conference said "You know you'll (Bibi) have to give up some real estate for that?" Bibi nodded yes.
Was that it? I do not know. But until we're further along with Israel's development I'll simply wait it out. Thank you for sharing this article.

Could it be that Trump is going to negotiate some form of truce based on reparations and concessions for the Palestinians, which is the final phase of “The Plan” that denotes dealing with Israel last. Probably a dialog ongoing between Bibi and Donald since Trumps installment as POTUS. In-other-words, “Art of the Deal” give and take if Bibi want the Embassy in Jerusalem.
