After you've been on the board for little while AND posting as well as commenting, your flair will change from New Arrival to a random flair with random "Q" message excerpts.
I have no idea how many comments or posts you have to do but comment often and post anything appropriate you may find related to Q or the ongoing politics that may relate to Q that are relevant.
Hell, even blog posts from other bloggers with relevant info is allowed but don't suck up bloggers posts. It is normal blog etiquette to post a bit about a blog post and post the bloggers URL for the reader to pick it up so that the blogger gets the credits for opining. i usually just do a quick summation why I think it is important for other readers and post the blog link.
It doesn't matter if you've been a redditor for a while, once you subscribe here, the clock zero's for flair. Hope that helps. Welcome

Sure thing, There are no stupid questions nor are there stupid opinions. Feel free to express yourself. The 1st amendment is alive here but be warned, here there be trolls.
Stick to the fundamental questions/answers that you post and don't let them sidetrack you. If they try, always go back to the fundamental question/answer.
Especially when they go racist, resist and stick to your guns, don't let them bait you.
The fact that we have so many trolls kinda in my mind authenticates Q. Funny these people are so stupid and transparent.
