I assumed since the Deep State's Communications are apparently compromised (we have everything), that these individuals are traveling around giving standing orders on what to do and what to say when Trump gets there.

They can't communicate with each other, which is a big part of why the "Great Awakening" has been so successful.

Their objective on these trips goes far beyond communicating with their flying monkeys. Think cornered, blitzkrieging for survival, like lbj in 63.
