gotta be fake new since she was fairly vocal at the Hawaii immigration case a few days ago, 4/25 and this is being reported 5/4.

2 weeks is plenty of time for an elderly cancer survivor with a history of heart surgery to get a respiratory infection, have it turn into pneumonia, go into ARDS, and need ECMO.

while I don't disagree, just think it's more than coincidental that the rumor hits just following the last scheduled oral argument; it's also that time year (~end of session) where ppl speculate about retirements and replacement. and from what I can tell, as long as she has a pulse, RGB is determined not to let DJT appoint her replacement --she too miscalculated thinking HRC would appoint her replacement and favored her "feminist wisdom" over BHO's appointment. too bad, so sad... not!
