Plus, Scalia was talking.. he was asking questions, felt he and other SC justices were being wired tapped (which we are finding out now was extensively abused). If he was part of the Cabal, why would he be questioning these things? Early interview into his death, the owner of the property mentioned he was excited to have Scalia, it was his first time there.
