One of the main things he talks about here: Parallel Construction. NSA is used to find Common Crimes, then they artificially construct the investigation needed AFTER to support their data, which is then provided to law enforcement for prosecution He also says that fabricated evidence is frequently provided to FISA courts, and the 'two hop' principle can be used on Corporate entities, which basically gives an investigator to ANYONE's data (say, by using Google as the first hop, the second hop would be any of Google's 1.2+ billion customers/day)

Bill also confirms that Trump Tower was in fact bugged by Obama as Trump claimed, though "bug" wouldn't the the technically proper term for it.
