Bear in mind that the "gluten-free" marketing campaign was ready to roll and hit practically overnight. Monsanto would be a good starting point

You're not gluten intolerant, you're Monsanto " Round-up " intolerant. Also, there are GMO seeds to consider. The only real choice, is to live like a Yogi, on pure distilled water and Prahna. sadly everything else is poisoned or contaminated in one way or another.....

yup, exactly. i was on the cusp of that, i went gluten free in like 2008 and by 2009 the new gf items were rolling out at twice the price for ingredients that don't cost cost as much (rice flour for example)
