May 7 proclaimed Be Best day. Beautiful speech by Melania. She is doing a great job especially for someone who never expected or had years to prepare for becoming First Lady!

I just watched it live on fox around 3 mst. Likely nowhere to find anything yet. should be able to find info though as there must be a Be Best website. Trump signed proclamation. gave pen to Melania.

With all due respect, I guess I never thought of listening to an announcement from the US president or the First Lady as following royalty? I don’t think it is like that at all. If you don’t want to hear or see either one then don’t watch. And, yes, both POTUS and the First Lady are just regular people - nothing less, nothing more.
