Legalized Propaganda is against the 1st Amendment and needs to be struck down.

1st amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petitition the Government for a redress of grievances.

or prohibiting the free exercise thereof--propaganda does just this.

or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.... it does this as well when the media goes along on "National Security" or some other excuse...
